Today's truth is tomorrow lie! Yes, history is written by the victors whose vision is clouded by contemporary values of their times. Today Osama is a murderous monster who deserved his death at the hands of Navy SEAL's but tomorrow---well tomorrow is not yet written and the victors hand has yet to put to pen the final determination for the victor is yet to be decided in this protracted conflict. I pray those who will write the final chapter, if such a thing is possible, will be kind to those who favor my believes and values, but knowing of such events past, I am not sure!! I'm not sure that those who read this will understand the meaning of what I comprehend. But honestly, does it make any difference in the grand scheme of things and as a wise man once said, "the moving hand once written moves on".
Many think he's a hero that our country went into another country and assassinated him. That's what I think will eventually be the bottom line. Why? Well because if George Bush did this there would be hell to pay. Just my humble opinion. And they called him a war monger.

“Consider the following scenario. A group of IRA terrorists carry out a bombing raid in London. People are killed and wounded. The group escapes, first to Ireland, then to the United States, where they disappear into the sympathetic hinterland of a country where IRA leaders have in the past been welcomed at the White House. Britain cannot extradite them, because of the gross imbalance of the relevant treaty. So far, this is not far from the truth.
But now imagine that the British government, seeing the murderers escape justice, sends an aircraft carrier (always supposing we’ve still got any) to the Nova Scotia coast. From there, unannounced, two helicopters fly in under the radar to the Boston suburb where the terrorists are holed up. They carry out a daring raid, killing the (unarmed) leaders and making their escape. Westminster celebrates; Washington is furious"
This was a response to a post about the Archbishop of Canterbury "feeling uncomfortable" about the unarmed Osama being killed, frankly I don't care: he's dead, end of.
You've got it banned! It's all about where one is coming from!!!!
ReplyDeleteObama wants to be our savior and those on the left will do all they can to make this so by 2012 ... even as ridiculous as this sounds.
