THE GREEK GOVERNMENT HAS DECIDED TO LET IT'S PEOPLE VOTE ON THE EU's MANDATED AUSTERITY BAILOUT OF THE GREEK STATE. PARDON ME, BUT THE HOME OF DEMOCRACY SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO VOTE ON THIS ISSUE, ALTHOUGH THIS SEEMS TO UPSET MANY CONSERVATIVE PUNDITS AND LIBERAL PUNDITS IN THIS COUNTRY. I REALIZE OUR ECONOMY IS TIED IN MANY WAYS TO THE EUROPEAN ECONOMY AND WHAT HAPPENS THERE MAKES WAVES ACROSS THE POND. BUT TO TELL THE GREEK PEOPLE THEY DON'T HAVE THE RIGHT TO VOTE ON THEIR FUTURE IS NOT WHAT WE BELIEVE. LET THE PEOPLE VOTE AND THE CHIPS FALL WHERE THEY WILL. THE FREEDOM OF THE PEOPLE TO DECIDE THEIR OWN FATE IS PARAMOUNT. WE SUPPORT DEMOCRACY ALL OVER THE WORLD, WHY NOT IN ITS BIRTHPLACE. LET THE PEOPLE VOTE AND SHUT THE FU#T SHUT UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WHEN I SEE MY FRIENDS ON THE RIGHT THROW THEIR HANDS UP AND CRY FOUL OVER THE GREEK GOVERNMENT'S DECISION TO TOSS THIS HOT POTATO TO THE PEOPLE IT SICKENS ME. I RECALL ALL THOSE TIMES THE SAME BUNCH HAS CALLED FOR PUBLIC REFERENDUMS ON MANY ISSUES PASSED IN THE VARIOUS STATE LEGISLATURES. WHERE ARE THOSE VOICES NOW! I FULLY REALIZE THAT THE SOCIALIST IN GREECE MAY WELL WIN A VICTORY HERE, BUT IF THAT'S WHAT THE MAJORITY IN GREECE WANT, SO BE IT! IT'S THEIR DECISION AND NOT OURS AND CERTAINLY NOT THAT OF A HANDFUL OF CORRUPT POLITICIANS IN ATHENS.
more Hussein O fall out the industrialized world is falling apart Ron..oish.
ReplyDeleteThey made their bed. They should be able to decide which side to sleep on.
ReplyDeleteI forgot to add. Greece is another example of socialism failing everywhere it's tried.
ReplyDeleteLooks like everyone has already said what I was thinking. I agree let them vote.
ReplyDeleteHave a terrific day. :)
