Russian Jet shoots down American F-14 over Syrian Airspace

REPORTS COMING IN FROM GOVERNMENT RUN NEWSCAST IN DAMASCUS ARE REPORTING THAT AN AMERICAN F-14 FLYING OUT OF INCIRLIK AIR BASE IN TURKEY HAS BEEN SHOT DOWN BY A RUSSIAN SU-24 FLANKER JET FIGHTER OVER SYRIAN AIRSPACE NEAR THE TOWN OF AR RAGGAH.  IT IS BELIEVED THAT THE RUSSIAN PLANE WAS OPERATING FROM THE NEWLY CONSTRUCTED RUSSIAN BASE AT LATAKIA, SYRIA.  FURTHERMORE STATE RUN MEDIA IN THE SYRIAN CAPITAL IS REPORTING THAT PRESIDENT BASHAR AL-ASSAD IS CONDEMNING THE UNITED STATES FOR ILLEGALLY FLYING IT'S AIRCRAFT OVER THAT NATIONS SOVEREIGN AIRSPACE.  ASSAD CONTINUED SAYING, THE RUSSIANS WERE INVITED IN BY THAT NATIONS LEGITIMATE GOVERNMENT AND THAT NO SUCH INVITATION HAD EVER BEEN EXTENDED TO AMERICA. AT THIS TIME THE OBAMA ADMINISTRATION HAS YET TO CONFIRM OR DENY THE REPORT! 

OF COURSE THE ABOVE IS FICTIONAL IN THAT AS OF TODAY NO AMERICAN PLANE HAS BEEN SHOT DOWN.  HOWEVER THE OTHER PARTS OF THE ARTICLE ARE SPOT ON INCLUDING THE PERCEIVED REACTION OF THE SYRIAN PRESIDENT IF SUCH AN EVENT SHOULD OCCUR IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

  1. Need to put a fence around the middle east and all the middle east folks sent back behind that fence and they the rest of the world just let them do what they do best. Kill each other over their beliefs.
