Is it Racist when only White Nominees can be voted on?

RACE-BAITERS IN HOLLYWOOD ARE POINTING OUT THE FACT THAT NO BLACKS WERE NOMINATED FOR OSCARS.  HEY, MAYBE THEIR ACTING WAS SUB-PAR.  ONE MUST WONDER WHAT THESE SAME PEOPLE WOULD SAY IF ONLY BLACKS WERE NOMINATED.  AND FINALLY WHAT IS THE DNC GOING TO DO ABOUT THEIR ALL-WHITE FIELD?  IS THAT RACIST?

    I have to say I'd nominate Denzel light years before I'd nominate jennifer lawrence. I think this time they may have something.
