Free cheese, like all free stuff, 
can only be found in mouse traps 
or other similar devices invented by politicians 
to fool a unsuspecting and gullible populous.

    I wish. Pretty soon we'd be out of 'first mouses' since it is the 2nd mouse that gets the cheese.
