The US Postal Services issued a 42c stamp with a picture of President Obama recently. Unfortunately the stamp keeps falling off letters and parcels all the time.This enraged the President, who demanded a full investigation into the complaints.
After a month of testing and $1.73 million in
congressional spending, a special Presidential commission presented the following findings:-
1.The stamp is in perfect order.
2.There is nothing wrong with the adhesive.
3.People were just spitting on the WRONG side of the stamp. They should lick the back side of Obama like any good Democrat, Hollywood celebrity or US media representive.
