After years of doing little if anything to reduce the murder rate in the 'Windy City', the Democrat overseers of this vast sprawling urban plantation have taken the first baby steps to reduce gun violence. The city masters have now instituted a ground breaking ordinance that would make it illegal for anyone to text while firing a hand gun during the commission of a felony.
