OBAMA LOSES ONE: FEDERAL JUDGE BLOCKS OBAMA'S OFFSHORE DRILLING MORATORIUM IN GULF

U.S. District Judge Martin Feldman today struck down the self-imposed oil drilling moratorium of President Obama. This is a loss for the Obama Administration and will be appealed to the 5th Circuit in New Orleans and ultimately to the SCOTUS.  But for the moment it is legal to drill in deep waters off the Louisiana and Texas coast line,  just as it is in most parts of the world including Cuba and Brazil. That said the big oil companies will not begin drilling until this thing is ultimately decided and sadly by that time most of the large floating deep sea rigs will be moved to other parts of the world leaving tens of thousands unemployed in Louisiana and other gulf states.  Obama will have had his way and his buddies such as Al Gore and George Soros will continue cheering him on as he destroys America's only real energy producers for the pie-in-the-sky dreams of the eco-  fanatics!
