I'm old enough to remember the day when Paper Bags were condemned by those on the left as a 'real and present danger' to the forest of America.  At that time our astute neighbor to the south, Mexico was using those glorious plastic bags at the markets and tourist shops.  The Mexican Government was seen as the champion of the Green Movement.  Tree-hugging progressives had found a new enemy and began their attacks on paper-make objects across the nation leading to the virtual extinction of the environmentally unfriendly paper grocery bag.  But then slowly many in the liberal community began to see a new enemy in the rapidly emerging 'plastic bag' and the attack against items made of that planet destroying substance (plastic) swung into full force.  Now even the much beloved Plastic Straw is under attack by progressives in the legislature of the Golden State.

Of course, as you may expect, no new laws against any forms of plastic used in butt enhancement, lip enhancement, or breast implants will be introduced by the legislature.  Additionally  there will be absolutely no consideration of making wooden dildos mandatory due to the inability of scientist at USC to solve the splinter issue.   Finally, it should be noted that the astute geniuses sitting in the Generally Assembly in Sacramento will continue their work to make the lives of their citizens utterly miserable.

California Millennial's to Leave USA and Form new Nation of 'Safespaceistan'

Efforts by the residents of California to secede from the US haven’t yet received sufficient support to be realized. Consequently, a revolutionary group of Californian millennial's have decided to found their own country in unpopulated territory in Oman, near the Yemeni border. 

The country, Safespaceistan, will serve as a safe space for those Americans who feel overwhelmed by the prospect of life with Trump as president. The mastermind behind the initiative, an anonymous UC Berkeley student, said the following: 
“As a genderfluid person of Hispanic heritage, I had a very hard time coping with the past week’s events. When I discovered Oman was a country over the weekend, I immediately realized that this was the place for me. Why Oman, you ask? Oman is the geopolitical manifestation of a safe space. They’re in the middle of the most violent region on earth, and literally nothing happens there. They’re also very welcoming of our Muslim friends.” 

The state will be enclosed by an electronic fence, to ensure enough time for trigger warnings and micro-aggressions to be sent out to the entire population whenever somebody enters its borders. The Omani sultan has enthusiastically agreed to the Californians’ plan.  Read more.....

California Wildfires caused by Illegal Aliens not by Climate Change

After days of blaming the California wildfires, that have killed 41 people, on climate change the media has suddenly grown silent on this issue.  Could it just be because ICE Detainer Issued for Suspected Wine Country Arsonist in Sonoma Jail. Evidently the arson suspect Jesus Fabian Gonzalez, is an illegal alien who was living under a bridge and had to build a fire to warm himself (it was 78 degrees outside) from the extreme cold of gringo country.  But perhaps we should give Jesus a break---after all he may have been just doing his small part in Terraforming California to match the climate of his native Mexico.  I'm quite sure he would like to see Guava Plants replace grapes in Napa Valley, after all, cantina's serve cerveza and tequila not wine! It seems reasonable, that the alien population of the soon to be former state of California will hail Jesus Gonzalez as a hero and demand his likeness be placed on the pedestal formerly occupied by Christopher Columbus.  We are waiting to see if the sanctuary state of California will honor the ICE detainer!

California has 11 Counties With More Registered Voters Than Voting-Age Citizens: Registered Voters 144% of Eligible

From public records obtained on the Election Assistance Commission (“EAC”) 2016 Election Administration Voting Survey (“EAVS”), and through verbal accounts from various county agencies, eleven (11) counties in California have more total registered voters than citizen voting age population (CVAP) calculated by the U.S. Census Bureau’s 2011-2015 American Community Survey. This is strong circumstantial evidence that California municipalities are not conducting reasonable voter registration list maintenance as mandated under the NVRA.
This letter serves as statutory notice that Election Integrity Project California, Inc., a registered non-profit corporation in California, and Judicial Watch, Inc., will bring a lawsuit against you and, if appropriate, against the counties named in this letter, if you do not take specific actions to correct these violations of Section 8 within 90 days.
The following information explains how we determined that your state and the counties named are in violation of NVRA Section 8 and the remedial steps that must be taken to comply with the law.
1. Eleven California Counties Have More Total Registered Voters Than Citizen Voting Age Population
Based on our review of 2016 EAC EAVS report, the 2011-2015 U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, and the most recent California total active and total inactive voter registration records, California is failing to comply with the voter registration list maintenance requirements of Section 8 of the NVRA. For example, a comparison of the 2011-2015 U.S. Census Bureau’s American Community Survey, and the most recent California active and inactive voter registration records shows there were more total registered voters than there were adults over the age of 18 living in each of the following eleven (11) counties: Imperial (102%), Lassen (102%), Los Angeles (112%), Monterey (104%), San Diego (138%), San Francisco (114%), San Mateo (111%), Santa Cruz (109%), Solano (111%), Stanislaus (102%), and Yolo (110%). Our own research shows that the situation in these counties is, if anything, worse than the foregoing data suggest. For example, we contacted Los Angeles County directly this past June. At that time, county officials informed us that the total number of registered voters now stands at a number that is a whopping 144% of the total number of resident citizens of voting age.   READ MORE.....

Perhaps President Trump had it right about millions of illegals voting in the 2016 elections.  After all large puddles of water are often found in the 'Office of the Registrar of Voters' and at most polling locations on election night.   Leading an astute observer to believe than many of those voting on election night, did not dry their 'wetbacks' before entering the voting booth!

President Trump to put all bad apples in Sanctuary State of California

On just his second day in office, leaked information from sources inside the new Trump administration have indicated that the nations new President intends to withhold federal funds from all sanctuary cities, except those in California while at the came time removing all ICE (Immigration Customs Enforcement) Officers from that state.   Additionally the President will ask congress for some $2 billion to increase the number of ICE agents in the remaining 49 states by some 10,000.  When asked about the reason for these seemingly draconian moves by the President and his Department of Homeland Security (DHS) the unidentified source in the West Wing of the White House, simply replied that President Donald Trump was just seeking to put all the rotten apples in one basket, by funneling them into the Taco State, referring to California.  Democrat politicians in that Pacific coastal state are outraged claiming that the influx of millions of additional illegals into their state would depress wages and put undue pressure on already strained social services.  The source further stated that when West Wing staffers heard about the cries of distress coming from Democrats in California, uncontrolled laughter was heard in the halls and even reached the first family in their quarters on the second floor of the White House.

On a somewhat related note, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has ordered that some 5,000 additional directional signs, pointing the way to Illegal Alien Paradise be erected on all Interstate Highways.

The liberal state government in California knows only one thing, spend-spend-spend its their answer to any problem they see, in short its the liberal way. The government of California has thrown out the welcome mat to any illegal who finds his way to the "Nanny" state. The state offers them medical services, social welfare programs and just about anything they want. Is it any wonder most stay in the Nanny state. For years California has been on the cutting edge of many liberal programs, unrealistic CAFE programs(which the Obama administration has now adopted), no reform of welfare programs(when almost ever other state has adopted welfare reform) and a multitude of radical environmental programs(which are draining the states coffers). The state government in California has caved-in to labor and those on the public dole and gives those two groups many special benefits which in the end cost the other citizens of the Nanny state billions of dollars each year, and at the same time prevents businesses such as WalMart and others from locating in the state and providing the consumers with lower prices. The government of California has even tried to impose eating standards on its citizens, because some feel the government has a duty to determine how the average citizen should conduct their lives. In short, the people of California have had their state ruined by a handful of semi-socialist(we know whats best for you) bureaucrats in the state house in Sacramento. I also suspect that the Obama administration is now considering bailing out the state since this state more than any other has policies in place that mirror the policies that the administration in Washington is attempting to install nationwide. Therefore, it cannot let this state fail, because failure there would send a signal that the policies of the Obama administration will lead to a similar nationwide failure.

Nancy Pelosi: More Taxes and More Lies

Before I get into the lies let me say something about Nancy Pelosi and taxes, particularly the so-called "Windfall Tax on Retirement Income".

Adding a tax to your retirement is simply another way of saying to the American people, you're so darn stupid that we're going to keep doing this until we drain every cent from you. That's what the Speaker of the House is saying.

Nancy Pelosi wants a Windfall Tax on Retirement Income. In other words tax what you have made by investing toward your retirement. This woman is a nut case! You aren't going to believe this.

Madam speaker Nancy Pelosi wants to put a Windfall Tax on all stock market profits (including Retirement fund, 401K and Mutual Funds! Alas, it is true - all to help the 12 Million Illegal Immigrants and other unemployed Minorities!

This woman is frightening.
She quotes...' We need to work toward the goal of equalizing income, (didn't Marx say something like this?), in our country and at the same time limiting the amount the rich can invest.' (I am not rich, are you?)

When asked how these new tax dollars would be spent, she replied:

'We need to raise the standard of living of our poor, unemployed and minorities. For example, we have an estimated 12 million illegal immigrants in our country who need our help along with millions of unemployed minorities. Stock market windfall profits taxes could go a long way to guarantee these people the standard of living they would like to have as 'Americans'.'

(Read that quote again and again and let it sink in.) 'Lower your retirement, give it to others who have not worked as you have for it'.

Now why would Nancy Pelosi want to do this, what could her motives be. Could it be that's she is just one of those bleeding heart liberals who feel its their duty to help the poor down-trodden masses. Or maybe its that California has the great bulk of these illegal aliens that are in the country and she sees the necessity of helping them and by doing so to help her state with the burden that is taking California down the road to bankruptcy. Finally, could it be that those who would get the help she is offering will be so grateful that they will continue to vote for her party in the upcoming elections.

All politicians try to maintain their voters and will do most anything to that end. Nancy is no different in that respect. And most will bend the truth from time to time this is what we have come to expect. But Mrs. Pelosi has gone a step farther, a step over the line, a step which could and should cost her the speakership of the House. After changing her story on the water-boarding controversy four or five times she has now resorted to calling those at the CIA liars and attempting to deceive Congress. She has nothing else left to fight with but the liar charge leveled at the CIA. She has been caught, caught in a web that she and those on the left have spun. And finding herself in this web of deception she is hollowing foul and time out--but Nancy the clock is running and the onrushing events are over-taking you. The crowd is roaring and the game is coming to an end and with it your speakership, pitiful as it was, is quickly becoming history.
