The importance of having a Mud Puddle

The draconian action of Obama's EPA declaring every mud puddle and stock pond in the United States to be navigable waterways so they could all come under the control of those bureaucrats in Washington (nothing more than a naked power grab) has been reversed by the mere stroke of President Trump's pen on an executive order.

Executive Orders and the EPA

Now that the Democratic party has lost control of the U.S. House Obama will attempt to bypass congress and the will of the American people by executive order in giving the EPA new powers that will give them massive control over over all phases of our lives. The cap and trade policies will not be passed by congress, so the intention of the Obama administration is to pass them through the EPA by decree. These proposed standards on green house gases will in fact destroy the economy of the United States. Energy prices will literally go through the roof and businesses large and small will be forced to raise the price of their products or their services to the public. The individual who must pay to heat and cool his home will be forced to pay much more. Consumers will pay more at home, much more. Consumers will pay more everywhere--the grocery store, the movies, the cafe, the fast food places,the gas station, at every turn of our lives the new Obama policies will rob us, will rob us of our livelyhood and our children's future. This is not a plan for redistribution, but a road to destruction, a road to total control or perhaps a road to revolution. Yes, Obama's revolution could plunge this country into a new type of civil war, a war between the vast urban areas and the sprawling rural and suburban areas of the country. No north vs south this time. Obama is on a path to a violent revolution not the peaceful revolution he and his fellow-travelers have planned for. This is a dark picture, but sadly one that could materialize.

Quit Breathing: You're Causing Global Warming

Quit breathing or just drop dead. Yes, you heard me right. The EPA is getting ready to declare man-made carbon dioxide a public danger and a cause of global warming that awful thing we've been warned about now for years by those scientific scholars who always put their work above an personal or political agenda. The head of the EPA, Lisa Jackson could not possibly have any personal or political reasons for placing carbon dioxide on the dangerous greenhouse gases list she is above such things, being an unelected official appointed by Obama; therefore she is only concerned about the welfare of the nation and of the world. We humans and our animal friends are the biggest emitters of carbon dioxide on the planet, so perhaps we should just all drop dead and the problem would be solved. But then the poor plants of the world would have nothing to breathe as they take in that awful "greenhouse gas" we emit, carbon dioxide , and give us back the oxygen we breathe. Seriously, if carbon dioxide is labeled a greenhouse gas by the EPA, then this is nothing but a back door to a non-legislative "cap and trade" with many large CO2 emitters such as power companies, cement kilns, oil refineries and chemical plants having to make very expensive improvements to curb greenhouse gas output with those cost being passed on the the American consumer in the form of higher utilities, higher prices at the pump and higher prices on almost everything we buy, including the food we eat. Hell, maybe they just are planning to starve us to death.

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency will early next week, possibly as soon as Monday, officially declare carbon dioxide a public danger, a trigger that could mean regulation for emitters across the economy, according to several people close to the matter.

Such an "endangerment" decision is necessary for the EPA to move ahead early next year with new emission standards for cars. EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson has said it could also mean large emitters such as power stations, cement kilns, crude-oil refineries and chemical plants would have to curb their greenhouse gas output.

The announcement would also give President Barack Obama and his climate envoy negotiating leverage at a global climate summit starting next week in Copenhagen, Denmark and increase pressure on Congress to pass a climate bill that would modify the price of polluting.

While environmentalists celebrate EPA's authority to regulate greenhouse gases, it has caused many large emitters to cringe at the potential costs of compliance.

According to a preliminary endangerment finding published in April, EPA scientists fear that man-made carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are contributing to a warming of the global climate. Senior EPA officials said in November the agency would likely make a final decision in December around the time of the summit. read more from FOX

Letter to Obama

To: President Barack Hussein Obama

I didn't vote for you, but you won fair and square. I was disappointed and heart-broken that a great American hero such as John McCain lost. In the beginning you were just a president I didn't vote for and I knew there would be another election in four years and I could vote again to try and elect my man. But you, Mr. President, have become something else now, you are not just the man I didn't vote for, but you are quickly becoming my enemy and a enemy of the state. You, sir are a threat me and to my family. That's something I cannot and will not tolerate and will do all in my power to stop your madness. You sir, are a threat to all I hold dear.

Your recent moves through DHS and EPA have convinced me that yours is a alien agenda, an agenda that's aimed at gaining complete control of all means of production and complete control of the life's of the average American, an agenda that wants to control opposition voices, an agenda that does not respect dissent, an agenda that does not respect individual rights, an agenda that puts radical environmental goals ahead of the needs of the common man. In short Mr. President, yours is an agenda of the far left, an agenda that will lead to the destruction of this great country, an agenda that will bring about unbridled social upheaval. Your path Mr. President is a road to conflict, a conflict that could erode the very foundations of this nation.

So Mr. President, you are not just the man I didn't vote for, you are my enemy. You represent something foreign, something threatening, and yes something evil. You sir, are not just a danger to me and mine, but a danger to all in this country. Not only those who oppose your radical ideology, but those who support it. Your actions, your policies, will have us all drowning in a sea of revolution. Please moderate your policies, before this country reaches a tipping point. I'm an old man now and have seen many presidents go and come, but none so radical and divisive as you. You Mr. President must moderate or face a legacy of failure and destruction. Things are moving quickly and the onrush of events will soon over take you. The time is now.
