Iranian Leader vows peace loving people of Iran will not retaliate against President Trump's travel ban on citizens from his country

Iranian Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Khamenie has vowed that the peace loving people of his democratic nation will not retaliate in response to President Donald Trump's illegal and inhumane immigration ban against the citizens of his glorious country.  Khamenie, indicated there would be no change in the way authorities in Iran greet foreign visitors.  They will all be treated equally regardless of race, color, creed, or national origin (for some reason he failed to include sexual orientation)!  And infidel visitors will be given a warm welcome upon landing at the airport in Tehran before being carted off to Evin Prison in the Northwestern part of the city and confined in the infamous section 240 of that institution set aside for political prisoners.  The only exceptions to this policy would be those foolish members of the LGBTQ community who proudly proclaimed their inclusiveness by boarding Iran Air on the flight from New York to Tehran.  The status of these visitors remains a mystery in that, none have ever returned to NYC to reveal the wonders they experienced in the Persian land of Cyrus the Great and Xerxes. 

Pro ISIS groups ramp up protest against Trump Travel Ban at airports around country

In Democrat Party strongholds across the nation, hundreds are protesting President Trump's travel ban directed against Middle East states where there are large terrorist training areas.  Oddly, those in the media are claiming that the travel ban is in effect being used as a recruiting tool by ISIS.  An absurd claim that runs contrary to common sense.  But when did liberals start using common sense to boaster their positions.  In the past they have more than often condemned those who practice what they see as an antiquated mindset and normally opt for political correctness.  I would advise those watching the demonstrations on their TV, just to remember they are occurring in heavily Democratic controlled areas that voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton in the recent election.  They are not representative of the nation as a whole.

Mark Zuckerberg builds walls around in Mansions in San Francisco and Hawaii to keep out unwanted visitors

During the recent election Facebook founder, Mark Zuckerberg, a severe critic of Donald Trump's plan to build a wall across the southern border and a top donor to the Hillary Clinton campaign forgot to mention he had a $10 million estate in San Francisco around which he built a wall to keep out the tens of thousands of undocumented aliens freely wondering the streets of that sanctuary city.  Now to compound his hypocrisy this billionaire has built a huge 6' wall around his massive Hawaiian estate.  A wall that would not only keep out those Mexicans who managed to swim to Hawaii, but one that also blocks his neighbors view of the Pacific Ocean.  Zuckerberg is proving he is no different than other coastal elites who feel they are above practicing what they preach.  They fall into they well established class whose motto is: "do as I say and not as I do"!
I would be the first to say, there is nothing wrong with a man building a wall around his home to keep out unwanted visitors.  But then I would also be the first to tell you there is nothing wrong with a nation state building a wall on it's border also to keep out unwanted interlopers.  Walls that keep people out are welcome, however walls that keep people in (the old Berlin Wall) are another thing.  But even there, there are some exceptions---prison walls are just fine.

I recall a line from a poem I wrote many years ago, titled "Absurd Things" that went something like this, "Convicts on a world wide cruise and Arabs kissing Jews".  Didn't think about it at the time, but upon reflection it describes a progressive's world view perfectly.  That mythical Shangri-La found in the minds of all.  Unfortunately many seen unable to separate the dream from reality.  An affliction commonly found among academic elites and one that runs rampant on the streets of La-La Land (perhaps better known as Hollywood).

 The Evolution of Interrogation

Recently President Trump indicated he favors waterboarding to gain information from terrorist detainees.  Got me to thinking about the evolution of torture for gaining information.  Below are the stages from most effective to least: 

1.  Medieval Rack (very effective, but tiring for the inquisitors).

2.  The Nut Cracker (not to be confused with the Tchaikovsky Ballet).

3.  The "shocking" battery induced thrill of the Third Reich .

4.  Waterboarding (useless when interrogating life guards and Navy SEALS).

5.  Sleep deprivation (useless when attempting to break an insomniac).

6.  Playing loud rap music (only effective against country music lovers and totally useless on inner city brothers).

7.  Enlightened conservation supplemented with a Starbucks Latte (the preferred method of American Liberals).
