Barack's Dream is Your Nightmare

Will Obama answer the wake-up call of the terrorist. Or will he continue to bask in his smug arrogance and view Islamic terrorism as a small nuisance that can be easily swatted away. Something that is feared only by those who oppose his grandiose plans for a new America. Something his real enemy, the old American patriot, is using only as a diversion to obstruct his path toward a new order. A order than will last a thousand years. No, president Obama will not answer the call for he sees no real danger from the forces of radical Islam. To him these forces are marginal in the grand scheme of things. He is after all the commander of the most powerful force the world has ever seen, the American Armed Forces. He could turn the desert sands of the Arabian peninsula to glass tomorrow, but that would not fit into his master plan. A plan that in the end will bring global peace and a new collectivism the likes of which the world has never seen. Under his Utopian system the Arab will lay down his scimitar and the Bibles and Korans will gather dust as the new collective emerges.

Barack Obama will never answer the call of the terrorist for his calling is one of destiny. A destiny he believes is his and one that no small group of extremist will disrupt. The few hundreds or even the few thousands of deaths that these mad men may cause is nothing when compared to the billions he will save from themselves. Barack is a man above the fray, above the petty conflicts of our times, he is the one who will lead the way, he is the great trail blazer who will show the way to that "Brave New World".

Most of the grooms were in their mid to late twenties; most of brides were under ten.

Muslim dignitaries including Mahmud Zahar, a leader of Hamas, were on hand to congratulate the couples who took part in the carefully staged celebration.

Each groom received a gift of 500 dollars from Hamas.

The pre-pubescent girls, dressed in white gowns and adorned with garish make-up, received bridal bouquets.

Nationalism and the Sleeping Giant

Nationalism

Following the close of WWI and WWII and the collapse of colonialism rampant nationalism swept through Africa, the middle east and Asia. This movement was hailed by most liberals and progressives in the west while at the same time these same voices began to condemn the old nationalism of Europe and the United States. For these progressives patriotism was OK for the newly emerging states, but not for the old nations of western Europe and the United States. This double standard quickly gained support in the west and spun out-of-control in western Europe leading to the ascendancy of the EU. In America this movement gained strength, but its inroads were not on the European scale.

Then came 9/11 and the world, particularly the west was jolted. Many began to see new threats: first the obvious one of radical Islam and next a somewhat more obscure one, "a lack of nationalism in the west". Slowly it became evident that national pride had been diminished and replaced with the new multiculturalism that recognized no national boundaries. And it was this new multiculturalism that provided the breeding ground for yet another emerging force that of "Pan-Islamic Nationalism". An old enemy of the west that had once been vanquished was raising its ugly head again and threatening not only western Europe, but also the new world.

Until 9/11 western Europe had stood virtually alone against the onslaught of this new enemy as most Americans were unaware of this new danger. 9/11 changed everything, but the entrenched forces of liberalism and multiculturalism in Europe and America will not go quietly into the night. Their Utopian dream of a world without borders will not be easily brushed aside.

The tide appears to be turning as a new nationalism, a new pride in country and tradition is growing in Europe; while at the same time the patriotism of many Americans is being revitalized. To paraphrase Admiral Yamamoto, "we have awakened a sleeping giant and filled him with a terrible resolve", America and her friends in Europe have had enough and our gates are no longer open to those who would trample our traditions. A new patriotism, a new national pride is being born in the west and soon the forces of multiculturalism and pan-Islamic nationalism will feel the wrath of this sleeping giant.

Political Compromise

Political compromise usually means pushing an issue down the road and avoiding the tough decisions that in the end will be more difficult with the passage of time, often with devastating results such as "Munich" in the 1930's and "The Great Compromise of 1850".  Important issues must never be compromised and those who advocate reaching across the great divide must always be questioned and avoided when possible! 

Saying "NO" to compromise is in most cases a virtue and those who take such positions should be applauded and not condemned. Alas, that is not the case, as echoed in today's MSM when it comes to their leftist positions.  They expect compromise from those on the right and failing to gain that they quickly label them the party of "no", while calling for those they support to hold fast.  Most who call for compromise are dealing from a position of weakness and their calls for bipartisianship is simply a reflection of that weakness and not some nobel stance!

Politicians Lie

99% of all politicians lie, that's what most Americans think!  So why vote for any of the bastards?  People like to believe those leaders that tell them what they want to hear, so they will give that candidate their vote in hope that they will deliver.  Unfortunately most of the time they are disappointed and will vote the bums out in the next election.  Tonight on the eve of the Nov 2, 2010 elections many on the right are betting and placing their bets on the Tea Party and the Republicans! I pray they will not be disappointed, that is not what history says.  At any rate the hope that your candidate will deliver and hold true to form should be enough to get you to the polls----frankly that's all you have.  So get out and vote, and vote those out who have proven to be the enemies of constitutional principles.  All we can do is hope some of those we elect will hold true to those values which we believe in. Vote and hope for the best.

Right to Vote, A Danger to the Republic!

As Americans we all have the "Right to Vote"! Or is it really a "right" and not a privilege?  Over the past few decades the privilege is becoming more of a right to all who live in this country with fewer and fewer restrictions being placed on those who are able to mark the ballot, with "motor voter" and mail in ballots becoming the norm and not the exception.  As a result many who are not citizens, and many who would abuse the system are gaining more influence in the electoral  process!  They are in effect canceling out the votes of hard working, law abiding Americans that respect the laws.  Corruption is nothing new in American politics, but with all the current attempts to make voting easier, the doors have been opened wide to those unscrupulous politicians who would seek to divert the true will of the people for their own ends.  Yes, voting is a "privilege and not a right"! So this November exercise that privilege and say no to those corrupters of democracy who would make it a right to all no matter what their status.

Witches, Whores and Wackos

Now that the GOP is putting forth more women candidates for office the left is beginning their despicable campaign to smear them.  They have labeled the three candidates in Delaware, California and Nevada as witches, whores and wackos in that order.  It is becoming increasing clear that the Democrats in those three states are avoiding the failed polices of the current administration and taking the low road in hopes of maintaining their soiled seats in the Senate.  The party that has long bragged about the women in their party and their so-called big tent has now seen fit to demonized the women of the Republican party and the emerging Tea Party.  Yep Barack, you have again showed your true colors with the blessing you give to these slanderous attacks.  Nothing new here buddy, its politics as usual --- nope not quite as usual, you have added witches, whores and wackos to their growing list of enemies not to mention "the man in the street'!

My Beloved Wife is Gone

Barbara my wife of many years was taken by the angels today around 5pm. Doubt I will be able to post more for a while. So thanks to all who will respond. I think the world of all my blogger friends and will be back when the pain is not so great!

A Sad Day

Had to admit my wife to a nursing facility today! Physically I could no longer care for her at home. This house is empty and lonely tonight and I feel totally lost and confused. Will not post for a while! Ron

Spitting on Winston Churchill

Few noticed when Barack Obama, shortly after his inauguration, sent Winston Churchill packing. The British government shortly after 9/11 presented to the American people a bust of Sir Winston Churchill. President Bush proudly placed it in the Oval Office and it stayed there until one Barack Hussein Obama entered following the election of 2008. Shortly after taking office he saw fit to return the bust and return it to the british.  Hardly anyone thought to ask why.  After all Churchill was the great wartime leader of England, our strongest ally in WWII.  The new president, Barack Hussein Obama, chose to disregard this and instead placed his own personal dislike of Churchill above the feelings of the American people. With this one action he showed himself to be a "son of Kenya" and not a "son of America"!

Why would Obama shun Churchill?  Well he was in power when the Mau Mau uprisings occurred in Kenya---perhaps his homeland and maybe not!  At any rate the British had his grandfather jailed for activities with the Mau Mau uprising, a uprising that saw that terrorist group kill many white settlers as well as blacks in Kenya.  I'm sure its quite safe to say that Obama regarded these terrorist as freedom fighters and not the terrorist they were.

What is so disturbing about Obama's attitude toward Churchill is that its reflects a personal opinion that over-rode the deep respect that most Americans have toward England and Churchill. It's very easy to see where this "Son of Kenya" is coming from and who easily brushes aside the will of the people in his every action.  Did anyone notice his bow to the Saudi king and the refusal to bow to the queen of England. He shouldn't have bowed to either, but then he didn't hesitate to "spit of Churchill"!

The Churchill Bust!

Obama puts his personal feelings above those of most Americans. England under Churchill was our great friend in the darkest days of WWII, but this president, this son of Kenya, has spit on the beloved English leader. I would suggest that when the Republicans take by the U.S. House this fall that the bust be placed in the new Speakers Office until such a time that Obama is kicked from the Oval Office.

Wealth and Wealth Redistribution

What is wealth? That's always a tough question, so let me begin by dividing it into two types, tangible and intangible. Tangible being such things as food, clothing and shelter and intangible being money. Government can control the production of the latter, but seldom the first, although at times they attempt to do so. Currently the Obama administration seems to be attempting some form of wealth redistribution, by placing additional tax burdens on the so-called wealthy. This simply moves intangible wealth from one group to another and does NOT increase the about of tangible wealth those things we need in our daily lives (food, clothing and shelter). Additionally the movement of that tangible wealth from one group to another will have the immediate effect of driving up prices on the basic goods we need for everyday life, while not producing an increase in the quantity of such goods. The true reality of this movement of wealth from the rich to the poor will result in less production of vital goods and higher prices.

Many people in our society think that millionaires have too much money and the government has a responsibility to take some and give it to those in the lower economic groups. This is the flawed belief of the socialist. They fail to realize that goods not money determines the wealth of a nation and wealth redistribution only moves money and not real wealth. The value of money is based only on what it can purchase. Just a few thoughts on economics 101 which many seen to have forgotten or never knew.

October Surprise

With Iran slowly inching toward membership in the Nuclear Club while Obama talks of weakened sanctions with the Chinese one must begin to wonder what the Jewish state will do and what the end game will be. The Iranians are already beginning to boast that no one will dare attack them in a few months, in effect indicating they will shortly have the bomb. Both Obama and the Israeli are keenly aware of this and I suspect each is wondering what the other may or may not do before Iran becomes a nuclear power.

One must keep in mind that Obama is a very astute Chicago politician and his primary concern is maintaining control in Washington. Control he will lose if even one house of Congress is lost in the November elections. Bearing this in mind one should not be surprised if there is an attack on Iran, an October surprise. There are many possibilities so one needs to carefully watch the unfolding events this October!!
