SURE THE CHINESE CAN AFFORD IT, BECAUSE IT JUST GIVES THEM MORE LEVERAGE OVER AMERICAN FOREIGN POLICY AT A TIME WHEN THEY ARE CHALLENGING OUR INTEREST ACROSS THE GLOBE.
