A Call to Arms: The Election is over, the first Skirmish won. The War has just begun and the crowning victory not yet in sight

Liberty and freedom are precious and must be fought for and many generations of Americans have answered the call and heard the toll of the Liberty Bell. Now is such a time and ask not for "whom does the bell toll". For those on the greens at Lexington and Concord heard the call and saw the approaching danger in the forms of "Brown Bess and Redcoat". And when the smoke had cleared the deaf ear of the oppressor was pierced by "the shot heard round the world".

Following the election of Donald J. Trump, many patriots on the right foolishly thought the war was over.  They were wrong, terribly wrong.  Opposing forces have clashed, but the November victory was little more than a skirmish, with that final crowning victory still just a distant dream.  A dream, that will remain just that should today's warrior melt away like the fair weather soldier and the sunshine patriot.  The forces aligned  against President Trump and formidable and seek no compromise, but only complete and total capitulation.  They are determined in their opposition having tasted the bitter sting of defeat in the November election.  They will not revisit that mistake, but instead go headlong after those they see as the enemy.  Let us not make the same mistake, the great Civil War general Robert E. Lee made by failing  to follow up that initial victory at Bull Run and go for the enemies throat.   An action that ultimately cost him the war.  The war has been joined, the first battle won.  But let's not stack our guns until that crowning victory has been won.  And the enemy  vanquished and driven from the field.  Make no mistake this is a war and this is a call to arms.

The left will fight President Trump every single step. What other presidents were able to get away with this one will not. I'm seeing that already.

Have a fabulous day. ☺
