Leading scientist predict Columbus's westward voyage will be Environmentally Disastrous

THE WORLDS LEADING SCIENTIST MEETING AT THE FIRST ANNUAL GENOA CONFERENCE TO SAVE THE PLANET IN 1491, HAVE DRAFTED A RESOLUTION URGING KING FERDINAND AND QUEEN ISABELLA OF SPAIN NOT TO FUND THE ENVIRONMENTALLY DISASTROUS PROPOSED EXPEDITION OF CHRISTOPHER COLUMBUS.  THEY ASSERT INDISPUTABLE SCIENTIFIC EVIDENCE HAS SHOWN THAT SHOULD COLUMBUS SAIL WEST ACROSS THE ATLANTIC OCEAN HE WILL BREAK THAT NATURAL BARRIER AT THE END OF THE WORLD AND CAUSE THE EARTH'S GREAT OCEANS TO DRAIN INTO THE EMPTY VOID OF SPACE.  THE FALLING OF THE GREAT OCEANS AND SEAS OF THE WORLD WOULD BRING ABOUT THE END OF MANKIND.  AND WHO SAYS HISTORY DOESN'T REPEAT ITSELF.
