South of the Border down Chicago Way

Personally, I would feel safer traveling in bandit-infested areas in the Sierra Madre's in central Mexico than in certain parts of Chicago.  Now that's a damn shame!  I would say it's time to "Drain the Ghetto"!!!!

Good One. You know a lot of the blacks have it so tough, You'd Think their brains would be working overtime but it doesn't seem so.
